Actuals against former Serb police torturing citizens in Pristina

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment at the Constitutional Court in Pristina today, the Special Department, against the N.A. defendants. for criminal work “War crimes against the civilian population” by Article 142 concerning Article 22 of Yugoslavia's Socialist Federation Law, penalised as war crimes in violation. Special Prosecutor announces the N.A. defendant. During wartime in Kosovo, as a member of the Serb Ministry of Internal Affairs police force, it has seriously violated international humanitarian law regulations against persons and property that are protected with relevant provisions in the Geneva Convention on August 12, 1949. That way that by the date 21.05.1999, in the quarter “Emshire” in Pristina, the N.A. defendant. in co-ordination with other persons of Serbian police forces, so far unidentified, has participated in the action against the civilian population of Albanian nationalism, dehumanised by the victims of J. St. And S.S. beating them for a long time with strong tools in various parts of the body, causing them great suffering and serious bodily harm, with which they suffer even today.
Same day, the N.A. defendant. in association with other persons, had found and pocketed the huge amount of money, some cars and other valuables from the injured.
With these actions, the N.A. defendant. In co-ordination, war crimes against the civilian population committed criminal acts against Article 142 concerning Article 22 of the Socialist Federation Law of Yugoslavia, penalised as war crimes in serious violation of the Geneva Convention by Article 144 paragraph 2 subparagraph2.4 over paragraph 1. Regarding Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo penal code.
