The meeting of two men in a parking lot is seen in the video, from where they head toward one [...] car.
You see the two men's meeting in a parking lot from where they're headed towards one of them's cars. The suspect, as Russian intelligence officer, gives a plastic bag to the Serbian agent who leaves that bag in the parked car. As Serbian-language Radio Free Europe writes, both men then go to a nearby café, and then split.
When the man, identified in the video description as a Serbian agent, goes to his car after the meeting and opens the plastic bag he took, he finds a cash envelope in it.
The authenticity of the video, like when it was realized, has not been confirmed by the REL.

The video, according to an analysis provided by Christo Grozev, journalist at the Open Exploration Platform “Bellingas”, shows the Russian Defence Envoy's deputy in Serbia, otherwise a member of the Russian Military Intelligence Service (GRU), sends out Telegrafi.
Grozev claims it's Georgy Viktorovich Kleban, and that his identity has proved through the face comparison option “Microssoft Azzure”.
According to Grozev, the address in which Kleban was registered is the one in which the General Military Academy is located, which in no way indicates that Kleban is a member of the GRU. However, Kleban's wife, reports Grozev, is registered at the address of the Russian Special Military Unit “Specanaz” (short from “Spectialnoye nazhaconiye”, translated “Special Targets”, which relates exactly to the GRU Military Intelligence Service.
What is known?
In November, a person named “kdjuey” opened an account in Titter. Without any followers or anyone following “kdjuey” posted a video from his account You Tube, created on 17.11.2019 at 16:30.
The video shows two people meeting in a parking lot during a rainy autumn evening.
After the first one with video “kdjuey” labeled many media in Titter, starting with local Belgrade media, regional media from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, as well as CNN American and other media.
