The 6.4-magnitude quake of the early morning hours has left catastrophic consequences in the country, while 18 victims have been recorded so far.
Top Channel journalist Muhamed Veliu, who is in Thumana, reports that as a result of the earthquake, an entire family is suspected to have disappeared.
They are: Hasan Albert Cara, Almir Albert Cara, Fatmir Qazim Kara's wife, Erisa Albert Cara of Almir of Korca, Stella Anthi Cara and Sadajana Hysa Carasi and Lindita Cara, believed to be alive. / TCH
