The Supreme Court reports that it has decided that over 3 thousand and 700 packages of ballot revenues from Serbia are not part of the final outcome of the 6 October elections.
The Supreme Court has rejected all complaints. including the Vetevendosje Movement, the LDK, the KDTP, PLE's, PDS's PDS's PZAP, which ordered the Central Election Commission's removal from the final outcome of votes coming from Serbia.
The Supreme Court's “within the legal deadline has reviewed and decided on all complaints received by deputy political subjects. The Supreme Court has accepted seven complaints of MPs from various political subjects. Following the college review by deputies of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) has been rejected, complaints by MPs from Kosovo Democratic Party (KDTP) have been rejected, complaints by deputies from the Egyptian Liberal Party (PLE) have been rejected, two complaints by the deputies of the Vetevendosje Movement (LVV) have been rejected, complaints by MPs from the Democratic Party of Ashkalive (PDA) have been refused, and Anxes by the deputies of the Democrat Kavska Stranka (PDS) has been dismissed as being unated,<7> said, the statement.
Thus, the Social Democrat Initiative is expected to become part of the Kosovo Assembly with 6 deputies.
Vetevendosje will have 3 deputies less, the LDK will have 1 deputy less, PDK will have 1 deputy fewer and AAK- PSD 1 less deputy. /Periscopi/
