Mini-Shengen came from Russian influence

The failure of Albania, Macedonia and Serbia to draw close to the EU led to a response of these Balkan countries, as if to create an agreement called: Mini-Schengen. This agreement would guarantee the free movement of citizens and goods. Seeing Serbia's insistence, I believe a lot about this idea is in place, Russia.
The question is, how could Russia have an impact on this project?
Propaganda and Russian influence are so great that they influenced the presidential elections in America and now there are voices that have influenced BERXT (the efforts of Great Britain to exit the EU).
When Russia had access to information and space influence in the US and Great Britain that have better and professional secret services to prevent external influences, what prevents Russia from affecting and causing turmoil in the Balkans by preventing it from making money in Euro-Atlantic integration?
Given Russia's eternal friendship with Serbia, and the so-called “emergency centre” in Nis (which Russia has actually built as if to help, but in fact this centre is the hub of spying through which Russia tries to control the Balkans) and minimise US influence in the Balkans and cause unrest in this region.
As the Russian impact on this idea is seen as highly possible; both Albania and Macedonia should consider it as part of this agreement because they may be damaged by this impact.
On the other hand, Kosovo's expulsion from this agreement since the first meeting that has been held so far is absurd, when on the map of this mini-Schengeni Kosova is presented as part of Serbia.
It is surprising how Edi Rama completely ignores Kosovo in this process, or sometimes even tries to represent Kosovo without any rights. It is also shocking to think about how Edi Rama, has imposed Kosovo's 10-euro round-the-clock road tax and tax on the export of food products, where often he does not accept Kosovo's potatoes, while with Serbia and Macedonia trying to reach agreements for free movement of people and goods.
Edi Rama, Kosovo in a good way, uses it only when it is becoming popular, and is mentioning the national union with Kosovo to gain political points. But in reality, when Edi Rama is being asked to protect Kosovo, he is not, rather, bowing to Serb demands.
What is to be admired is that Kosovo leaders have been very unified in this process, excluding participation and rejecting this process.
Kosovo, from the aspect of citizens' freedom of movement, with all three countries moving with ID, so the only point Kosovo could benefit from is the free movement of goods. Kosovo goods could be more present in these three countries without tariff barriers, including Albania, which with the rejection of agricultural products hurts Kosovo farmers.
When could Kosovo be part of this agreement?
Kosovo could be part of this agreement when it would guarantee equal participation as a state on this table and exclude any possibility of Russian influence on this project. Where at the moment these two conditions are impossible, because Kosovo is not only called an equal state, but also presented on maps of Serbia as its territorial part.
So Kosovo's refusal to be part of this agreement makes circulation between Albania and Serbia difficult. Kosovo's absence would make Serbia's journey to Albania difficult, due to the lack of access to the Nation's Road highway.
Consequently for full free movement, Serbia would have to use alternative routes across Macedonia to get to Albania or air routes.
With these preconditions: the Russian influence and the total ignoring of Kosovo; the idea of miniSchengen could not be realised, but even if it were accomplished, it would be short-term, and the results would be lacking, where, by this agreement, Russia's goals would be most beneficial; to be present and influential in the Western Balkans.
Russia mostly agrees with a union of these states.
Because Russia's goals in this grouping of states would be imposed through Serbia.
