Political parties' polls at the Supreme Court are seen as the main cause of delaying electoral results, writes Periscope.
Some political analysts have said that postponing the final results is resulting from political parties' complaints at the Supreme Court.
Some had even cast doubts that the Vetevendosje Movement was deliberately pushing the certificate of election results.
This party yesterday has again filed appeals to the Supreme Court for ballots coming from the diaspora.
But for an MP candidate from VV ranks Albulen Haxhiu these accusations are unacceptable.
She in a proposal for Periscope said her party cannot remain silent as she said, in the face of the CEC and PZAP trends that are violating voter rights.
“The announcement of their results and certificates must be made as soon as possible in order to pave the way for the transition of the Parliament and Government. We cannot remain silent in the face of rejections and trends of the CEC and PZAP to violate the right of the vote, and therefore we are addressed to the Supreme Court, we cannot calculate in the face of an unrecognizable treatment of our exile and in the face of major constitutional violations and violation of the right to vote”, Haxhiu said.
Haxhiu has voiced confidence that the announcement of the results will take place within the week.
“The announcement of the results will take place within the week”, Haxhiu told Periscope.
We remember that the Supreme Court had made a decision to count about 5,000 diaspora votes coming late in Kosovo, while PZAP has decided that out of 4639 thousand total, 1806 ballots will not be counted. /Periscope
