Kurti wants Kosovo, not the National Union: Living with Serbs

The new prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has recently declared to the newspaper “Pobjeda” of Podgorica that “will always have Albanians and Serbs on both sides of the border. Kurt has rejected the idea of exchanging territories or correcting borders. He stated that behind this idea lies Alexander Vuciq, the president of Serbia.
Vetevendosje's chairman believes that Vuciqi's goal was that through demarcation of the border with Croatians, he divides Bosnia and Herzegovina something that would coincide with Russia.
“After two handfuls of failed states -- Russia's Montenegro and northern Macedonia -- return through large doors now through a new armed conflict between Kosovo and Serbia. Clearly, this potential new conflict could not be located. Especially when, against Serbia, Albanians act as a nation, not only as a fragile Kosovo state”, Kurti has said.
He also spoke of Kosovo's dialogue with Serbia, stating that there is no need to rush the issue and that as the chairman of the negotiating team would include members of the government, opposition and independent experts.
Serbia owes Kosovo for aggression and occupation, owes us compensation for war damages, pension funding and citizens' savings at banks, which they received. They never returned the artifacts of our cultural heritage, never handed over war crimes suspects. So let's start with our demands, and see what Serbia will offer us “, Kurti declared. /Periscope
