The Kosovo stupends Behgjet Pacolli, sends letter to Dachiqi: “Don't act like a 4-year-old child”

A Kosovo citizen named Shkelzen Kika has sent a message to Periscope showing a message he had sent to Serbia's notorious foreign affairs minister, Mr. Ivica Dacic.

Mr. Arcululation. Kika in English would put his fingers in his mouth and the chief of our diplomacy, Behgjet Pacolli who in his last term had a hard time facing him, writes Periscope.

Furthermore, it follows, calling it “propagand” his statement saying Ghana had withdrawn recognition of Kosovo independence. Although, Mr. Kika does a little bit of crazy [maybe not so small] when she thinks Ghana is the whole African county.

So far, Dachic has not returned the response, but has not left him behind.

Otherwise, yesterday Serbia's MPJ announced that Ghana had become the 16th state to recognise the Republic of Kosovo.
