Security cameras recorded the moment when Zilda Henrique did Santos Leandro was walking the street and tried to get the attention of Aderbal Ramos de Castro on Saturday morning.
He kept walking ignoring her until Dos Santos Leandro got caught up with her and exchanged a few words.
The images later show the woman leaving him before De Castro shot her.
De Castro leaves the scene as a witness approaches the victim to help him.
Dos Santos Leandro was taken to the hospital, where she was declared dead.
De Castro was arrested by police, and his lawyer claimed that he was going to open his restaurant and thought his wife would steal it.
The lawyer, Daniela Lopes, added that he has been robbed again in that area so he reacted by shooting him.
