Haradinaj invited Ahmeti answers to the party

The PSD, on the basis of the CEC's preliminary results in the 6 October parliamentary elections, has proved very poor. It has competed in the coalition with the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, led by incumbent Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.

The latter has offered opportunities to Ahmeti's party, but the latter has said the PSD does not plan to join any other political subject.

Ahmeti also said he has no intention of resigning, even though his party proved weak in the elections.

As he talks about the result Ahmeti considers unsatisfying any possibility that the PSD will join another party.

According to him, the PSD will review its actions in the past two years to see how to move forward as political subject in the country.

Ahmeti: PSD not seen at any party

“The PSD does not melt into any other party. So I've heard Mr. Haradinaj, it's all right as the Alliance that can pull but not pull. The PSD has had pre-election co-operation with the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo yet we do not know the results, but are not satisfactory for us who made us reconsider, we rethink all that we have done in the past two years and see how we can move forward. But of course it's not about merger or joining any other” party, Ahmeti said.
