The news has been confirmed by incumbent Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.
“Repurchasion has been requested by Finance Minister Bedri Hamza, for re-arrangement and reassemblement of the means which is a legal obligation at the end of the year to enable the functioning of all sectors, that is, salaries and I believe there will be” tomorrow, Haradinaj told EO.
He has said that despite delays in forming new institutions, there will be no risk of budgetary functioning.
“The state functions and there is no danger. Because democracy in Kosovo is advanced. From the case of my resignation, the dissolution of parliament, all of these are pre-lawed processes”, he said.
