European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde says the best public spending orientation would help support growth in the Eurozone.

Mrs. Lagarde said that “has strong arguments to invest in a more productive, more digital and certainly greener” common future, and warned that public spending in the Eurozone “is somehow below pre-crisis levels”.
