Maloku's belief, originally convicted of murder, after being in custody since 2018, has decided to release him from custody by releasing him.
They're both accused of illegal possession.
In September, when the court was expected to declare the decision to murder two Shani brothers in Malisheva and Bahri Maloku, it was decided to reopen judicial review with the argument that some ballistic evidence and expertise are needed to clarify, KTV reports.
According to the indictment, Besim Maloku was accused of two acts, of grave murder, and of holding the gun without permission, while Blerim Maloku was charged with illegal weapons.
On March 9th 2018, in the Ploqica village of Malisheva Besim Maloku along with his brother Blerim have entered their cousins' home to steal. According to the indictment of the victims after seeing the accused, they have run to capture and flee the accused Besim Maloku has fired at his cousins, leaving both Shani and Bahri Malokun dead.
This court ruling has frustrated the family who said they would explain this murder in another way already.
The victims' father is still standing in the hall refusing to leave the hall.
