Connection of Historians “Ali Hadri” : P ZAP announces votes from Serbia invalid

The League of Kosovo Historians “Ali Hadri”, the Decan branch, called on the Election Panel for Ances and Paraseta (PZAP) to accept the complaints of Albanian political parties and to declare illegally-born votes from Serbia invalid. PZAP, declaring illegally coming votes invalid [...]
The PZAP, having wasted votes coming illegally from Serbia, will protect Kosovo's constitutionality and citizenship, says the reaction of the Kosovo Historians League “Ali Hadri”, the branch in Decani.
While PZAP is reviewing the complaints of political parties, the League of Kosovo Historians “Hadri”, the branch in Decan, requires PZAP not to fall prey to Belgrade's pressures, as the CEC and the Centre for Number and Resolution (QNR), praising as fair the irregular and anti-legal votes coming illegally and ordered by Serbia.
“The announcement of results for the extraordinary elections for the Kosovo Assembly, on the part of the Central Election Commission on November 7th, praising the votes illegally coming from Serbia as legal, in this case the CEC institution has violated the law on elections and other Kosovo sub-law acts”, is said in response.
Otherwise, the Election Panel for Anxiety and Parashta, from the moment of announcing the final results of the 6 October elections, has accepted 100 complaints from political subjects and different candidates for MPs.
Most of the complaints at this institution have been submitted to Slobodan Petrovic's party, the SLS, with 42 of them. A total of 23 complaints were filed by LDK, Vetevendosje 5 complaints, PDK 12 complaints, NISMA-AKR-PD 6. Among the candidates for MPs who have complained to PZAP are Valon Ramadani from the Vetevendosje Movement and the Shinik Mfera by KDTP.
The electoral panel has 72 hours to respond to the complaining parties, which ends during tomorrow.
After accepting the decision by PZAP, political subjects who are again dissatisfied have the right to file complaints at the Supreme Court within 24 hours, then have 72 hours to decide.
After this procedure, a complaint could also be filed at the Constitutional Court, which the coalition has been able to file. NISMA-AKR-PD, has warned that it will be run due to voting packages from Serbia.
The Constitution has until four months to address eventual complaints by political subjects.
The Central Election Commission has indicated earlier that it is awaiting PZAP's decisions and the Supreme Court, and that it will act in accordance with their decisions. After this procedure, the CEC must respect the decisions of these two institutions and confirm the election results.
