Bytyci has written through a Facebook response that party officials without officially getting the mandate, therefore without taking the oath, have no right to use the environments of a constitutional institution.
“Sic seems to be meeting the political leaders of LVV and LDK in hotel corners have not given good taste, so, they are trying today to improvise their seriousness”, Bytyci said among other things.
Avni Bytyci's full reaction:
Why this political vandalism in the Kosovo Assembly? Today, LVV and LDK officials have held a meeting in the institution of Parliament, even in the space of completion. In violation of the nature of the highest institution of the Republic of Kosovo is that of legitimate sovereign representation through mandate, but also political neutrality. If the constitution had been established, the meetings would have been legitimate. But the presence of political parties in the spaces of the Parliament without mandates makes it pointless and dangerous. Apparently the meetings of the political leaders of LVV and LDK in the hotel corners haven't been good, so they're trying to improvise their seriousness today.
