Berisha has said that citizens have given Vetevendosje only one more mandate than the LDK.
Meanwhile, he says the constitutional interpretation makes it clear that VV) belongs to the post of prime minister, while everything else can be discussed between partners, even the post of prime minister.
“Only the post of chiefparliamentary, i.e. the specacker, is reserved for the constitutional interpretation. Everything else is controversial”, the lawyer said.
“The VV as the first party to come up with results has the right to take over the top parliament. The KM does not mean automatism that belongs to the first party, but is of the party that manages to get 61 votes the day it comes to the vote in the Parliament”, he adds.
