“We have requested that municipal taxes be lifted, even conditioning for car registration, conditioning is against constitutional, and we have also sought to lift ownership conditioning”, he said on the Image Programme in RTK.
According to him in Kosovo, nearly 95 thousand cars are changed. “For these cars if the conditions are removed, citizens would save a lot of”, he said.
“P.sh. When a vehicle is secured and registered, but over a period of time it changes ownership, taxes, municipalities, technical controls are not carried to the new owner, but it has to pay for it from the start, even license plates and municipal taxes. So only the rest of the insurance comes back. So for a year citizens died of 15m euros a year's loss of auto law”, he said.
According to him, if it costs 95 thousand cars, there are 107 euros for MBP, registration and billboards, 40 municipalities, 30 technical controls and 10 euros in municipal taxes.
