Vlads: Dialogue is not a question between Kosovo, Serbia, Albania

The state of Albania can play a consultative role in the Kosovo dialogue Serbia, but not even by directly or indirectly getting involved in it. Thus, they appreciate connoisseurs and political issues, which stress that drafting a joint platform between Albania and Kosovo for dialogue with Serbia is as impossible as it is, even involable for Kosovo.

The recogniser of the political circumstances in Kosovo, Azem Vlasi, speaking of “Zrin”, has indicated that in the event of the drafting of a joint Kosovo platform, Serbia would not be acceptable to Serbia.

Even for Serbia, it would not be acceptable such a platform, because we would bring ourselves into a position that Serbia could play with. It could irony money to internationals that there are two states against itself in the dialogue with Kosovo or even state that it is not negotiating with Kosovo, but with Albania for Kosovo. Therefore, no such situations should be allowed, with which Serbia can play”, Vlasi has said.

According to him, Kosovo can consult Albania on the question of dialogue, but not also draft a common platform, because, as he says, dialogue is the issue between Kosovo and Serbia, and not between Kosovo, Serbia and Albania.

The Government of Kosovo must co-operate closely on many issues with Albania, so also consultations on dialogue, common programmes and platforms need not, co-operation on this issue is necessary, but not officially because we are a state, and Kosovo is dialogue with Serbia on regulating relations between Kosovo and Serbia, not between Kosovo, Albania and Serbia”, he has declared.
