Scandalous: The prosecution begins investigations into Kosovo Customs officials who discovered Morina Taraku's dilemma

Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor has confirmed that he has launched investigations into Kosovo Customs officials, who uncovered the tax-responding scandal for tax shamngies in the case of importing a car from Morena Taraku. The case was closed by the prosecution's order, stating that no tax evasion had been carried out during import, despite [...]
News of the launch of the investigation has confirmed the chief prosecutor's task in the Foundation, Cameron Munich.
Munich has said customs officials are being investigated for extracting the official document.
“have begun investigations by Customs. The information is out. Investigations are continuing with authorisation of the Prosecutor for extracting the official document”, Munich told Express.
There have been reactions from civil society during yesterday's event.
The lawyer specialising in the media field, Butteran Kusari, has said prosecutor Shpend Krasniqi with the help of prosecutor Mejim Munishi is trying to violate the Law for Signal Protection.
The first prosecutor who is openly trying to break the Financial Law for Signal Protection is prosecutor Shpend Krasniqi, apparently with the help of prosecutor Metom Munishi”, wrote Kusari.
She has recalled once again that the law specifically prohibits the launch of investigations against the beacons and that their prosecution is a criminal offence.
These beacons have got to protect”, written away from Kusari.
The signaler's law guarantees protection for all state officials, who, with the interest of the public, reveal data about claims of abuse of office.
This law offers protection from all forms of persecution against those who for public interest disclose information that points out that there is or that some misuse is likely to occur.
Article 6 of the Law for Signals prevents any form of signal prevention.
“Any action or action aimed at preventing reporting or expanding in public interest, is invalid and any responsible official or any other person in relevant cases is prosecuted under the current criminal provisions in Kosovo” is defined in the Law for Signalrs.
Furthermore, retaliation against the signalers is also a preliminary criminal offence with the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.
Otherwise, on October 17th that Morena Taraku had attempted to put into Kosovo a Bentley-type super-coustic car that costs nothing less than 200 thousand euros by making a dilemma.
This 26-year-old effort, which is one of the most well-known in the Albanian showbis world, had led to Kosovo Customs, revealing that Morena has attempted to flee the 5,000-euro customs fee by declaring the car new, and that the car was actually used.
The vehicle according to Gazeta Express's sources is Bentley-typed and counts at 200 thousand euros, and according to the documentation it's registered on an earlier date, two months ago, and it's not new as stated by the owner.
In this case, because of the incorrect statement, it has been referred to by Dogana to the Prosecutor, in which it is said to have been questioned.
“Referring to the case handled by you, we inform you that this car was declared new but based on documentation it is found that the vehicle is used and that the car does not enjoy treatment as a new car. The first registration vehicle dates from 22,07,2019 (over two months from now). As the importer does not exactly declare the number of tariffs and the vehicle is used, under suspicion of lower customs duties and the value of customs duties exceeds 5,000 euros. The case, due to the incorrect statement of and the reported avoidance of more than 5,000 euros, was referred to by the Prosecution Department of DK Investigations.”, the Dogan response reported.
