He was first found by cell mates who had gone on walks while Dehar had stayed in the cell after having had headaches.
In the cell where Dehar was found dead, he was placed with three other prisoners, Naser Makoli, Frroc Lask and Adonis Gashi.
Naser Makoli, a roommate of Astrit Dehar, who had found the first Dehar lying in his cell, six months later had been found dead in a cell in Lipjan Prison, while his report analysis was never read because the same one had never been able to do a last test.
Kosovo's corrective service had announced that the key witness Naser Makolli and the one who had found Astrit Deharin lying on the ground had died as a result of a health illness.

Adonis Gashi, who was being held in Prizren prison for a case of push in serious murder, is being taught, released in February of last year.
And Frrock Lask, the other roommate of Astrit Dehar, is still in prison but not in Prizren.
As the suspect of possession, and the sale of narcotics, Lasku is still in custody at the Dubrava prison.
The Swiss Institute of Legal Medicine has concluded in the 58-page report, that the likelihood is small that Dehar has killed himself in prison.
It also says that DNA tests conducted at the Swiss Institute's laboratory have released a DNA profile of the deceased, even though Kosovo experts have reportedly contained little or very little DNA.
We have doubts about the circumstances of Mr. Astrit Dehari. In fact, the hypothesis of an Astrit Dehar suicide through the means appointed by legal doctors seems a little real and the intervention of a third person in the fatal process should be taken into account. Family lawyer Tome Gashi has said that Astrit Dehari has been killed after being a member of the Vetevendosje Movement, while the Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has warned that he will continue the investigation into the case.
Astrit Dehari was initially arrested as suspected of attacking Kosovo's Parliament along with several other members of the Vetevendosje Movement. He died while in custody in Prizren prison.
The case of members of the Vetevendosje Movement has turned into retrial, but the date has not yet been set.
