Through a Facebook post, the doctor said that the photograph may have been carried out in the Pristina Circle, where the facilities of the Parliament and the Government of Kosovo are today.

No one more than this photo, conducted on May 4 of 1913 in Pristina, testifies to our misery. Leaned and hungry Albanians are “accompanied by” and by two Serbian gendarmes, who are the best testimony to the next threat”, the doctor wrote.

According to the doctor, this photograph was taken by French banker and philanthropist Albert Kahn, who had visited Kosovo in May 1913.

In the collection of philanthropist Albert Kahn, there are 94 pictures with motives from Kosovo. Kahn in addition to Pristina, he also visited Prizren, Gracanica and Lipjanin.

The picture was taken according to the world's first photographic system with simplified use, which that world called “Fue color”.
