Through the announcement of the contract published on the official public procurement Commission, the ministry currently led by Pal Lekaj has announced tenders for supplies of umbrellas and bezi bags of symbols and accounts of the Ministry of Infrastructure.
Based on the announcement released in the KCPP, the deadline for completion of the supply is 10 days from the day of the contract.
Companies interested in carrying out this supply must submit a statement under oath by the tenderer using the form specified in the tender file, confirmation by the Tax Administration, confirmation by the Foundation-Department Court for Economic Affairs, copies of the certificate of business registration, copies of the VAT certificate, copies of the tax certificate and samples for each article.
The deadline for submitting bids is 24 October this year. The tender must only be turned in electronically until 2:00 p.m., writes Express.
“Any interested party can file a complaint with the Accounting Authority, according to Article 108/A of Law No. 04/L-042 for the Public Procurement of the Republic of Kosovo, amended and met with law No. 04/L-237, law No. 05 L-068 and law No. 05 L-092n the address specified in Article 1 of this contract announcement”, reportedly published in the KRPP.
