Mr Rama thinks he has some cultural advantage. You manife it in relation to other leaders. Mr. Rama has shown several times the patriarchal election to Kosovo by exploiting the project that should take care of Albanians outside Albania. Mr. Rama must be calmer with himself. Not by insulting Kosovo leaders because Kosovo citizens would have to feel offended.
