Kosovo Democratic Institute Director Ismet Kryeziu has voiced conviction that the Vetvendosje Movement's complaint to the Supreme Court against the PZAP's decision to deny the diaspora vote coming in by post after the legal deadline could be seen as populist or deliberate action for the certificate of results.
In a proposal for Periscope, Kryeziu says that this conclusion has come as there are enough individuals in Vetevendosje movement who have the ability to read and interpret laws.
I don't know if it's going in favor of the VV, and I can't judge such a case. But he believed that LVV has enough human capacities to read and interpret, verdict, laws and rules that define the way they vote. Looking at these arguments, she believed her right to complain about the PZAP decision could be seen as populist action against voters from the diaspora, or as deliberate procrastination for the certificate of results. Because the time terms the VV has used and now those that the Supreme Court will exploit, but the instructions for action to come out of this decision have, however, postponed this process for several days”, Kryeziu says.
The chief captain, who is also a political connoisseur in the country, insists that diaspora votes reached outside the deadlines are contrary to rules and laws and that the decision of PZAP should not be interpreted as pro or anti-person.
The diaspora vote reached outside the timeline is contrary to the rules and laws through which the civil right to vote is determined. So I appreciate that my decision is made P ZAP, based on these rules and laws, preserves the integrity of the election process. Respecting electoral laws and procedures should not be interpreted as someone's will against or pro vote on the outside, but as decision-making and responsibility for law enforcement”, Kryeziu has declared.
He says that without the certificate of results he cannot predict what will happen to the coalition led by the Social Democrat Initiative.
“The LVV and LDK have not only agreed in principle to a joint coalition government, but now they have joint working groups to harmonise the positions and decisions that will follow by the new government. Before the results are certified, we cannot know what will happen to the NISMA-led coalition, even what the actions and role of these subjects will be if they manage to be parliamentary subjects”, has ended Kryeziu,/Periskopi/
