According to the prosecution, on 08.05 this year, in the village of Qifllak, the Rahovec municipality, right at home, the defendant A.M., deliberately and for unknown motives, has now deprived the deceased of life, his brother N.M., shooting him in the chest, causing internal bleeding in the heart.
Also, the same, earlier until 08.05. 2019, without authorization, held weapons and ammunition, which the defendant has hidden since the deed was carried out.
