The Kalashnikov fight in a Pristina hotel, images emerge

The portal “Front Online” has published the video showing shooting scenes, even the eye injury of one involved in this serious case, for which the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutorate, the Randa Crime Department, respectively, has filed charges against the four suspects, one of which is also the damaged party.

The prosecution's indictment brought against Remzi Beqiri (1994) by Pristina, which is in custody for another criminal act of the same nature, Labinot Beqiri (1995) by Pristina, which is in custody from April 1st 2019, Fitim Doda (1998), which is in advance from April 1st 2019 and Arben Qupeweit (1975) from Pristina. The latter defends himself in freedom.

According to the prosecution's indictment, defendant Remzi Beqiri, Labinot Beqiri and Fitim Doda on March 26, 2019, about 23:40 p.m. at Hotel “The Residence” family, located on the “Dem Ahmeti” in Pristina, following a preliminary agreement and in collaboration with two other people, NN, unknown persons to the Prosecutors, deliberately wanted to deprive the life of the damaged Elvis Queenwei because of an earlier conflict.

Around 22:00 the same day they drive “Golf V” to the hamburger “Aba” in Pristina, dyed ashes and license plates, property of defendant Remzi Beqiri, who was headed by defendant Labinot Beqiri, where they brought two-three times before the <x4 Hotel.> The Rezidenc” family, though, according to the indictment, the injured and defendant Arben Qupewe had three times announced to the Kosovo Police that they are endangered by these people.

The defendants (Remzi Beqiri, Labinot Beqiri and Fitim Doda) in a few moments along with two other people, unknown to the Prosecution, face the hotel, leave the car, and quickly rush off with firearms many times towards the hotel.

The defendant Fitim Doda, according to the prosecution, had fired long rifles, while defendants Remzi Beqiri and NN persons had fired pistols, thus risking the lives of family members who were present at the hotel.

While defendant Arben Quevai in order to avoid the attack, he shoots several times from the inside of the hotel with the AK47 gun in front of the defendants, who, after a lot of shootings, quickly leave the scene and as soon as they notice police have approached the scene site abandon the type “car. Golf V” and flee in an unknown direction.

While defendant Arben Qupewei had suffered bodily injuries in his right eye and was caused material damage at the hotel, which is his property.

The prosecution accuses defendants Remzi of Labino Beqiri and Fitim Doda in co-ordination and NNN people of having committed the serious criminal work: The attempted heavy murder by Article 179, paragraph 1, 1.5 over Article 31 and 28 of KPRC.

While defendants Fitim Doda and Remzi Qupeva without authorisation have possessed weapons, with which they have committed criminal acts both at point 1 of the device of this indictment and the following: The defendant Fitim Doda with long arms, while defendant Remzi Beqiri with an unknown-type gun, who after carrying the criminal act, have been concealed in an unidentified location so far by the prosecution, while defendant Arben Qupewe possessed the AK47 type weapon without authorization, which has been seized along with a row and 20 rounds of this weapon by Kosovo Police members.
