In AKK's opinion with a number of protocols 06-2118/19, it is said that after the opening and initiative of the case, all investigations, analysis and evaluations of possible conflicts of interest in the Notter exam process have been taken and after assessing the circumstances regarding the concrete AKK case has offered this opinion:
“has been identified, declared and avoided conflict of interest by members of the Commission for the Providence of Noteria, in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 3 of Administrative Guidance Guide MD- NR. 012019 for the mode of giving and testing for Noteria”, the AKK's opinion says.
Among other things, the AKK's opinion, says the processes have proven that persons referred to conflict of interest have been declared and replaced over time.
“has been signed a statement of secrecy by the members of the Commission for the Providence of Noteria, in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 2 of Administrative Guide MD No.012019, for the mode of giving and testing for Noteria, and have been replaced with others, all members of the Commission who have declared conflict of interest with any of the participants on the exam”, said the AKK opinion.
This opinion by the competent institution for assessing the situation or not of the conflict of interest, rejects all evental doubts and confirms the full legitimacy of the reform that is being implemented.
