Former Green Councilman: He won't be able to resolve Kosovo-Serbia issue quickly, I don't see agreement before spring

US Conservative Heritage Foundation expert Luke Coffy has said he does not believe President Donald Trump's envoy for Kosovo dialogue Serbia, Richard Green, will be able to quickly resolve the issue between the two countries.
