“As far as Kosovo is concerned, co-operation between Albania and Kosovo leaves much to be desired and should grow”, Cakaj has said, Kosova Klan reports.
There is no other solution than co-operation and deepening integration. We should go towards opening the market with Kosovo and perhaps towards the possibility of a customs union”.
Cakaj at “Real Story” has also talked about Kosovo's 100 per cent tax on products from Serbia, which has stressed it is a political measure.
There are four attitudes for the 100 per cent tax in Kosovo. One stance says it must be removed, the other should be suspended and re-united if there is no change of Serbia in relation to Kosovo, a stance says the tax should be replaced with reciprocity and that it should remain until recognition”
Albania's “government does not belong to draw attitudes on this, but to support the official stance of Kosovo's democratic institutions. This has been our behavior so far”
