Aktakuza against three people in Mitrovica, beat up CEC commissioner

Mitrovica's prosecution has filed charges against three people for criminal acts that concern the recent elections in Kosovo.
“Foundation Procurory in Mitrovica .B., and D.B., in the direction of criminal acts “Pegim of the voting process”, from Article 214 paragraph 2 related to Article 31 of KPRK, and <x4Landnation of the body <5x>, from 185 paragraph 1, to 1, in connection with the 31th Penal Code of the Kosovo Republic <56)
The prosecution reports that the defendants, on the day of holding parliamentary elections on October 06th 2019, at the lower high school of Mitrovica's village of Kchiq, have acted in a force-use co-ordination to the F.K., an office of the assistant table appointed by the Republic of Kosovo Central Election Commission. The same have physically attacked the injured F. K, with which the cases have hampered the voting process, which has resulted in interruptions of the voting process.
With these actions three (3) defendants A.B., I.B., and D.B., have committed criminal work “Pestim of the voting process”, by Article 214 paragraph 2 concerning Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).
Also, defendants have hit the F.K., with fists on the head, neck and face, resulting in spraining the soft tissue of the region behind the left ear, neck and scratch behind the left ear.
