The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, the Department of Reforms, has filed charges against the F.S., due to the suspicion that he committed criminal work “Condensation of voting secrecy” by Article 215 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).
According to the indictment, the defendant F.S., on election day at 11:00 in the village of Slapuzhan of the Suhareka municipality, in the deployment of the school object “Xavit Sylaj” affects the secret of Kosovo Parliamentary MP's vote, in the way that after voting, papering via mobile phone “Facebook” as well as the “portal Subhareka online”
With these actions, there is good-based suspicion that defendant F.S. has fulfilled the elements of the criminal act “Cencing the secrecy of the vote” according to the KPRK.
The prosecutor of the case in the case of the indictment's establishment has proposed to the court that the defendant be found guilty and be convicted by law, for criminal acts to be charged with.
