Responding after news that Milan Radoicic, suspected of involvement in the murder of Kosovo Serb leader Oliver Ivanovic, has committed lawyer Zivojin Jokanovic, Rada Trajkovovic, has said that if he decides to surrender, he could be a protected witness in the process of lighting this case.
European Movement Chairman Rada Trajkovic told RTV Kim that there are indicators for Radoic to surrender, and in this favour speaks of Marko Djuric's surprise arrival in northern Kosovo, as well as of “the concern of the Serbian List”, Time broadcasts.net.
He's in a bad situation. He has different possibilities, but also risks, and I think he's not stupid at all, even the opposite. If he gives up, he may even be a protected witness and be able to clarify the case. Only the legal process is legitimate that should happen and be functioning justice for Oliver”, Trajkovic has indicated.
Rada Trajkovic expects the Serbian List “ia receives the right to Radoiciqi to speak in the quality of its deputy chairman”.
“This is compromise for Serbia, it is compromise for Kosovo Serbs, this is compromise for the entire process and serious mortgage on all of us, neither guilty nor indebted to”, she has said in this Kosovo media in the Serbian language.
Trajkovic considers that this trial process for resolving the case of Oliver Ivanovic's murder could have a significant impact on the Brussels Agreement.
This process, if it will happen, and I believe it will, will help get you out of this tough time and that Oliver will finally stop quiet, if the brokers and the perpetrators of this killing are discovered”, she added.
But Trajkovic is not convinced that the approach of Kosovo's judicial bodies to Radojici depends on Ramush Haradinaj's political fate.
I don't think because they're related and somehow found common language and somehow trusted each other”, Traykovic declared, Transmitting Time.net.
It also does not expect the fall of Ramush Haradinaj's government, but is convinced that the Serbian List will return and support the budget proposal.
