Days ago it was reported that Swedish Stan Ake Lindhom has donated nearly 5.5m euros to the Voci family from Lezha, the Metro newspaper broadcast.
The Voci family, from Gandri of Lezha, has been placed in the nearly 5.5m-euro booking session and many apartments, recently purchased by persons and various companies, the parà donated by Swedish billionaire Stan Ake Lindholm.
Top Channel owns the judicial decision handed down in Lezha, where two of the apartments were reportedly bought to MP Edi Paloka, one worth 87.5m euros and another 70 thousand euros. While the former demographic deputate, Flamur Hoxha, has been bought 3 apartments and 3 garages, worth 729 thousand euros.
These and a host of other real estate and apartments are already blocked by the Albanian state.
The prosecution says in her request before the court that after seeing the transactions made by Sweden in the direction of the Voci family, she has come up with a reasonable suspicion of a scheme to carry out the cleanup of criminal products, as well as doubts about the source of funds and the activity carried out.
Most of these apartments were sold in August last year, months when the bank account of the two elderly Voci has reached several million euros from Swedish Lindholm, where the largest is 3.8m euros, explaining that it is a gift to his dear friend.
The prosecution has asked the court to continue the investigation, as it is still unclear why Lindholm transfers them from his personal account to the Albanian Palaj account in Albania, which is the daughter of the elderly Voci couple.
Therefore, there is sufficient reason for the prosecution that there has been in this case criminal record of cleaning up criminal products, or criminal activity. / TCh
