Remzi Shala allegedly fled to Albania by Special

Two days later he should be in The Hague to interview for war crimes by the Special Prosecutor's Office. The family is claiming that they haven't heard from their man for more than a month. The Express newspaper, on Tuesday, has stayed in the family of the former KLA fighter. It says the last meeting with their family was December 12th.

Nobody knows where Remziu is. We haven't heard from him in weeks. She's out of the house and nobody knows where she is. And no one's come here to tell us anything about it”, have stated to the Shala family.

They say that the case was not reported to the police or anyone else.

Meanwhile, Express newspaper, learns Remzi Shala has been in Albania for weeks. During this time, according to the same sources Remzi Shala had stayed in Kosovo several days earlier with his family, and then the same one took a road back to Albania.

Remzi Shala, former commander of The KLA, known as the “Red Apple”, has been ordered on January 17th of this year to appear in The Hague on December 12th of last year. Shala for Express had declared that she would not respond to the call of the Special Court, thus risking being fined or even sentenced to prison, as the call warns.

And for former KLA soldier Remzi Shala, during the past week it has been issued to speak up for failing to appear at the Prizren Foundation Court hearing, where it is being charged with war crimes by the prosecution.
