During a media conference after meeting in Belgrade with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, Putin has accused Kosovo of army creation, saying he has raised tensions and is a move that could destabilise the region.
He has said Kosovo's decision to create the army was illegal, Reuters reports.
Among other things, he has spoken about the Government of the Republic of Kosovo's decision to impose taxes on Serbian products.
According to the Russian president, these actions have caused serious tensions in the Balkan region.
“Pristina's recent moves, the tax decision and the establishment of the Kosovo Army have caused serious tensions”, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said, among other things, before journalists in Belgrade.
