Gnjilan's attorney has detailed the case last night that occurred in the village of Selish in Gjilan, where a man has killed his wife with firearms.
According to the prosecution, last night after midnight, the guardian prosecutor of the Randa Crime Department, at the Founding Prosecutor's Office in Gjilan, has been notified of a murder that took place in the village of Selos, the municipality of Gjilan.

Gjilan's prosecutor says there is suspicion that on January 1, 2018, about 00:10 minutes, in the village of Selica, the municipality of Gjilan, suspect J.J. (1958), due to negligence, his hunting rifle, which he has acquired without permission and authorisation, has now deprived his wife of life of the deceased Mr.J. (1956), in that way that while he was firing guns into the air, for the New Year's Day, the weapon was blocked and it didn't fire, by scratching, trying to fix it, the same shot and, at a distance of 2-3 meters, hit the deceased, in the upper back, causing fatal injuries.
According to the prosecution's announcement, at the prosecutor's order, the victim's lifeless body was sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine in Pristina for performing autopsy.
The state prosecutor today has issued a ruling on the launch of investigations and has filed a request for the appointment of a 30-day detention measure at the Constitutional Court in Gjilan, which is expected to decide on the issue within the legal deadline. /Periscopi
