Prince Philip, Queen Elizabeth's husband, publicly apologized after a car accident

Prince Philip of Great Britain has written a letter to a woman with whom he had a car accident, saying that “bredly feels bad”

The Duke of Edinburgh has congratulated Emma Fairreather on rapid recovery, adding that he has been shocked by the accident.

He added that he had not seen the car in which she was injured because of the sun.
Duke's vehicle had slipped during the sting, and he was helped by a random motorcycle passerby.

Fairweather, 46, who broke one arm from the accident, described the letter as a good gesture from the prince.
