In two minutes late, Viva Fresey managers cancel the vacation compensation for 12 hours' work

With a series of articles published by Periscope in which violations of workers' rights were addressed, a series of accusations from workers and consumers of this network of marketings have arrived at our address.

Recently, Periscop sources have reported on the next abuse being done to the workers of “Viva Fresh Store” in the Podujevo municipality.

Even for the workers at this point, all the rules specified by managers of this network of brands such as extended hours, no days off, no pauses and no financial compensation for this maximum engagement during the holiday season.

Despite flagrant violations of workers' rights even at this point, inspectors never appeared, and they passed in silence.

Thus, the holiday season and intensive work on these market networks ended. But not the abuse of workers.

This is evidence from a photograph that Periscope has obtained from the selling point of “Viva Fresh Store” in the Podujevo municipality.

There are the names of some of the workers who have been denied the right to pay for the rest days that had been cancelled since December 19th.

A delay at work, even for two minutes, cost them the removal of a vacation day, even though they had worked for 12 hours during the end of the day and sometimes even at night.

Periscop sources suggest that managers of this point during yesterday's [January 5th] day had published a report on the entrances and exits of workers, registered in the system from January 1st, 2019.

All those who had delayed even one or two minutes would be punished, despite their maximum commitment at the end of the year.

Two minutes late at work, managers of this point equated them with a 12-hour working day.

Workers on this network of markets are obliged to be at their place of work at least 15 minutes early.

If their work started at 0800, they had to register access to the system at 07:45.

And all those who were delayed, even for a few minutes, were punished.

In the photo provided by Periscope, they have been removed one day, or two days of compensation for additional tasks during the end of the year.

This was done in order not to schedule vacation days, since the same had never been practiced before.

This list of employee names has also attracted consumer attention.

Some of them have sent Periscop the photograph, and they have shown that during the discussions with workers there, they have been informed that there are the names of workers punished by managers, due to several minutes' delays at work.

The picture provided by Periscop is taught that it is located in “Information” and that's where everyone has access.

As you can see in the following photograph, this list is signed by the manager of this point.
