Lirak Celaj wants to be banned from alcohol and tobacco for minors

Deputy Minister of European Integrations Lirak Celij has demanded that the law prohibiting the sale of alcohol and tobacco to youths under the age of 18.

Celay made this proposal during today's government meeting.

“Serving alcoholic beverages under the age of 18, free access to environments that are prohibited under this age, buying and selling tobacco in later hours by persons under 18 years, the movement of minors in recent hours in the city. These are some of the issues in which laws should be applied and laws that are lacking to protect our young people from alcohol, tobacco, and narcotics”, Chellaj said.

Celaj also said that it is their obligation to create a safe environment for young people./Periscopi/
