After this meeting, the chairman of the Kosovo Lawyers' Oda, Shaip Havolli, said this decision is unacceptable and in violation of the principle of access to justice.
Havolli, demanded that if until January nineth, this decision is not withdrawn, lawyers will not enter any judicial institution, including criminal, civilian and administrative cases.
Havolly, among other things, said the case took place in the city of Prizren has been isolated, where there has been violations of the lawyer, but despite that, the decision has not to be made for all Kosovo courts.
On the other hand, he indicated that all relevant institutions, including the Kosovo Judiciary Council, the Prosecutor's Council, the Prosecutor's Office and the Ministry of Justice, have been announced in this decision.
