Kosovo lawyers ultimatum, boycott threat

After this meeting, the chairman of the Kosovo Lawyers' Oda, Shaip Havolli, said this decision is unacceptable and in violation of the principle of access to justice.
Havolli, demanded that if until January nineth, this decision is not withdrawn, lawyers will not enter any judicial institution, including criminal, civilian and administrative cases.
