The federal prosecutor in Gjilan, the Department of Criminal Affairs, under an international warrant issued by the authorities of the Federal Republic of Germany, has detained suspects Durish Raif during the 48-hour term, due to the suspicion that he committed a serious murder by killing his wife in Germany, Periscope reports.
In the media communiqué by the Prosecutor, there is reportedly suspicion that, on April 11, 2018, in the town of Essen, Germany, the suspect in his apartment has killed his wife, now the late J.R, and after carrying out this criminal act, he has left the scene, taking with him his two minor children, one of the age of 10 and the other 15.
The same one after the escape has also left behind his minor daughter, whom German authorities have appointed legal custody.
The suspect following his escape from the prosecution bodies, his children, who have German citizenship, have kept them closed, presenting a great danger to them. From German authorities, the suspects have been granted parental rights, under the Act of District Court in Essen, which the court in Gjilan has recognised.
After the suspect's arrest, the children have been temporarily sheltered at the Victims Protection Haven in Gjilan.
The founding prosecutor in Gjilan, within the legal deadline, will apply for the appointment of a 40-day detention measure at the competent Court in Gjilan.
