KMDLNJ reacts strongly to the strike in education and health: You're violating citizens' rights.

The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms has reacted to strikes in education and health, saying that the SBASK, with this strike, is seriously violating the human rights of students and students, damaging the education system very much. KMDLNj has requested and requires that this strike be immediately terminated, [...]

KMDLNj has requested and requires that this strike be immediately halted, that parents send their children to school, refuse to hold the supplementary teaching for the fact that students and parents have no responsibility for this, not pay for nests as long as children are not offered services because of the strike, and seek responsibility for lost hours.

The KMDLN also reacts against the health strike for the fact that this strike directly endangers the health of the citizen and any non-relation of medical aid or avoidance of this obligation represents criminal acts, no moral and professional responsibility, and which has been sanctioned by the Hippocratic oath.

KMDLNY response:

GREVIEWS AND PLAYS SUGGES THE GREVIEW IS EXAMPLES WRITER IN ARSATION FUSE And AUT THE BIBLE'S VIEWPOINT

Although the Kosovo government has major financial problems due to a budget say social and non-developive, and because of problems inherited from the past, as well as the enormous demands for salary increases and threats of strikes and protests called for in the non-resulting of electoral promises, Prime Minister Haradinaj, in an attempt to fulfil even minimically an SBASK demand, promised that the education will be set aside by the leaders of the SBK has refused to stop the strike without having enough co-fision of 30%, as long as the UN government has requested to be unacceptable and the government. Even in the report a week ago, KMDLNj has stated that this strike is not being organised for improving the quality of education, improving conditions for pre-school entities, for primary and high school students, as well as for students of the University of Pristina and other public universities, but exclusively for the purposes of raising salaries of the educational framework, but not for those working at these institutions, from nurserys to university that are not educational or educational! The SBASK, never until now, has asked that conditions in kindergarten, schools and universities be improved, to ensure free transport for students with heavy material condition, to equip cabinets with necessary tools, to improve physical conditions, both for students and other teachers and staff, to fight phenomena when women are not allowed to continue schooling but to interrupt them against their will, to equip them with more rights in the field of education for members of vulnerable Roma communities, veals and other staffs, has never been declared parallel in Kosovo's textbooks, but not to students in public school, where schools are still taught in public school, and in public school, and in public school, and in order for political reasons of office, but also against political and political interference. The source of the demand for increased salaries to which the SBASK was called has not been signed an agreement with the relevant institutions that would be mandatory and, if not met, there would be cause for strike and protest. The chairman of the SBASK Ut, who today is threatening with court lawsuits all who oppose this strike, unjust and beneficial, however, if you recall, had signed an agreement with the chairman of a political subject during the electoral campaign for salary increases, so their protests had no institutional basis and there was no binding agreement. The SBASK, with this strike entirely for profit purposes, is seriously violating student and student human rights by damaging many of the educational system, even very fragile. KMDLNj has requested and requires that this strike be immediately interrupted, that parents send children to school, refuse to hold the supplementary teaching for the fact that students and parents have no responsibility for this, not pay for nests as long as children are not offered services because of the strike, and seek responsibility for lost hours. Pristina University leaders and other public universities should be called to account for entering a strike at the most sensitive time, on the deadline of the month's exams, jeopardising the students on this deadline. The strike in public educational institutions in addition to personal benefit is aimed at fleeing concrete responsibility in these institutions, which more promote illiteracy than the quality of education and that they oppose any deep reform in education that is so in need. KMDLNI invites the Parents' Council, at the level of Kosovo, to oppose this strike by demanding responsibility for the hours lost so long that students and their parents most suffer for this. Such a strike has made no sense of any continuation of it even more meaningless by flagrantly violating human rights for a quality education and development that is guaranteed with all international and national human rights documents.

The KMDLN also reacts against the health strike for the fact that this strike directly endangers the health of the citizen and any indiscriminate medical aid or avoidance of this obligation represents criminal acts, no moral and professional responsibility that has been sanctioned by the Hippocratic Vow! The KMDLNJ suggests that citizens who are denied the necessary and necessary medical assistance to denounciate such cases as even denouncing cases of forced drugs for surgery and treatment at their own expense, medicine for doctors, gloves, masks and other items that should be provided by health institutions.

Dedicated, to achieve the goals of rising wages through strike, denial of service delivery or partial provision of services is seen as blackmail and as such must be tried, even in the first case (in education strike) as well as in the second case.

To KMDLNJ , in terms of human rights, is unacceptable the fact that we have systemic risks, in the field of education as well as in health, and that citizens' response said neither exists nor talk about institutional that, objectively, has responsibility for the created situation!
