Isa Mustafa dawns Sunday with a host of questions for state leaders about the situation in the north

What's happening to the north of the country, do you know who?
He has also directed to citizens that it is the great and courageous decision of Kosovo institutions to leave at discomunization 1/10 of state territory, or is it irresponsible and incapacitated?
Here's a full post:
What's going on with the soil in the north of the country, do you know who?
As LDK chairman and citizen of Kosovo I ask the country's responsible institutions, the president, the Parliament, the Government, the institutions of justice: is state sovereignty being exercised in the municipalities of Leposavic, Zubin Potok, Zvecan and Northern Mitrovica, on an area of 1005 sq km (not hectar) which make up 10% of Kosovo's territory? At the end of November, the mayors of these municipalities declared that they resign and cut off communication with Pristina (centre nations).
Do these municipalities continue to finance for wages, wages, labour, goods and services, capital investments, social transfers and other needs from the Kosovo budget, and who are given responsibilities?
How do Kosovo institutions communicate with citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, Serbs, Albanians, Bosniaks and others living in the north?
How is communication communicated and how do Serbian judges and prosecutors operate in the north of the country, and to whom is the response being answered?
Are the country's institutions able to monitor the borderline of these municipalities with Serbia to prevent economic crime, illegal access to goods via secondary roads and tax evasion?
Why aren't the mayoral elections being announced?
I ask citizens: Is it the great and bold decision of Kosovo institutions to leave at discomunization 1/10 of state territory, or is it irresponsible and incapacitated?
The argument that the mayors of these municipalities have been addressed to Kosovo institutions with Kosovo and Metohija does not justify the silence of the government and the ministry responsible. On the contrary, they would have to be dismissed for refusing to accept the Republic of Kosovo, in which they have competed for mayors. In this case, institutions are breaking the law.
Conservation of the situation in the north outside communication with central institutions, I fear it is an alleged act of territorial bargaining with Serbia, for which the LDK does not agree and will not agree to any conditions. IM
