Former Interior Minister: Police in Istog were killed because of no professional preparation

Gashi had been in the post of interior minister is saying he had made a plan to prevent armed robbery, a phenomenon that is constantly growing in Kosovo.

He is saying that Kosovo Police need preparation for such situations as and that they will be armed with long arms.

Kosovo's “Polica and these units need a preparation as well as must have long weapons”, he declared in Klan Kosova.

He has declared that his plan had required police officials to be trained as well as to be part of the patrol team. It also says it would have to be understood by the country's past criminal institutions and persons who have returned from foreign countries to Kosovo.

“Train part of the police officials with long arms to be part of the patrol team and look through the liaison office so that all who turn west know their criminal past”.
