This case officially begins the transition of KSF to the Kosovo Army.
Following this discovery of the plaque, Haradinaj has said that from today, Kosovo has formulated its institutional umbrella for the newest army in the world.
Otherwise during this event Haradinaj chose not to speak, saying he agrees with everything before him that Prime Minister Berisha initiated.
