Diaspora Minister Dardan Gashi has stated that if Serbia refuses to talk about the missing and the establishment of a special war crimes court in Serbia, then Kosovo does not have to talk with him.
Serbia must admit it is aggressive, and must face it. I also have to tell of the missing, otherwise there is no talks”, Gashi said in the RTK IMAZH.
He said that at the meeting with Moghrin they have officially requested that a Special Court for Serbian Crimes be established, as has been done for the alleged KLA crimes against Serbs. Gashi has invited The LDK and LVV to become part of this process, until LDK's refusal, has called it unintelligible and has said this party has become the tool of Albin Kurti. As for the request that the Presevo Valley become part of Kosovo in these talks, he said that they have no mandate to speak, but that the Valley will be spoken of in Brussels. /Periscopi
