He's the renowned lawyer, Arianian Koci, who recently published a photo with PDK deputy Ganimetie Musliu.
Both are seen smiling as they wrote “Veech in a photo description who is angry with us”.
Koci is part of the defence lawyers of former KLA commanders who have been summoned to The Hague for interview.
While in some photos that have circulated today it has become known that PDK deputy Ganimete Musliu, the other deputy of the deputy, is staying in The Hague. The PDK, Mergim Lushtaku and Initiative deputy Milaim Zeka.
