According to Jarras, Kastrati is performing a job that the State normally had to accomplish.
A few days ago, Kastrati received numerous criticisms from people who think humanitarian activity should be hidden. Kastrati, however, had clarified that he did so very transparently, and if it were not for cameras, funds would never be collected for the needy.

I had Halil think about why he's coming out of the cameras while he started from politicians, civil society, estrada... and who saw people being abused in poverty, sick even children with cancer for some Facebook flattery or a handful of votes, is shame. The media let's go “Halilin if they find out that he's religiously mishandling these families, that they've done many other organizations after the war, otherwise this man is doing a job that in normal circumstances the state needs to take responsibility. So with the news, so many families have become poor in Kosovo until “ajka” of Kosovo society, politicians, NGO representatives and not few journalists have managed to produce millionaires! /Periscopi/
