This is his full response to Facebook:
At Movement V offices We had the opportunity to wait for the Mayor of the Presevo Municipal Assembly, Mr. Leburn Aliu. Sami Saihu and the secretary of this Parliament, Mr. Avni Aliti.
By Mr. Salihu, we were informed of the plight of Albanians in the Presevo Valley, as well as their concerns, now before the resumption of negotiations with Serbia.
We agreed that any resumption of negotiations with Serbia could be dangerous if it is not based on reciprocity relations. The adoption of Resolution in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, where there is no mention of citizens' rights in Presevo, Medvedja and Bujanoc, reciprocity with Serbia, as well as the failure to include any representatives from these three Albanian municipalities under Serbia in the delegation of talks, make us worry about repeating so-called mistakes and ignoring these Albanian citizens.
We support Mr. Salihu, in the composition of the Kosovo delegation, will also have representatives of the citizens of the Presevo Valley, so that the talks will take place on the basis of reciprocity, and that the issue of the rights of the Albanians of Presevo, Bujanoc and Medvedja, taking into account the 2006 Declaration of the Representatives of Municipal Places of three municipalities, as well as the 1992 referendum.
