Two 17-year-olds have managed to buy cigarettes and alcohol at the ETC market, which is owned by Democratic League of Kosovo MP Ramiz Kelmendi.
The Kosovo Justice Commission has found that, in three cases, the market has been conducted on about 20 Marches in six Kosovo cities. ETC has violated the Consumer Protection Law, allowing the sale of alcohol and tobacco to persons under the age of 18.
In Prizren, Pristina and Gjakova, ETC has sold beer, cigarettes and heavy alcohol to 17-year-olds.
In their response, the ETC management said, these kids have been hard to imagine are minors.
While MP Ramiz Kelmendi said he is only promoted on political issues.
